SUPPLY AGREEMENT
Dated 20 June 2024
Between HARROWGATE INDUSTRIAL SUPPLY CO. ("Seller") and MERIDIAN CIVIC
GROUP INC. ("Buyer").
1. SUPPLY
1.1 Seller shall supply the goods described in Schedule 1 in the quantities
ordered by Buyer from time to time.
2. PRICE
2.1 Prices are as set out in Schedule 2 and are fixed for the first twelve
(12) months of the Term.

6. TERM AND RENEWAL
6.1 This Agreement commences on 20 June 2024 and continues for an initial
period of thirty-six (36) months, expiring on 19 June 2027.
6.2 This Agreement shall renew automatically for successive twelve (12)
month periods unless notice of non-renewal is served within the notice
period specified in Schedule 3 (Commercial Terms).
6.3 Schedule 3 forms part of this Agreement.
